Unfair treatment

I have bought lounge suit at bears store Chris hani branch at vosloorus on the 3rd March 2020,even since I bought the lounge suit it went to repairs 3 times and I decided to log a call with their head office telling I no longer want the lounge suit and last month they decided to say I need to go to the store and exchange the lounge suit with the same value of my lounge and I went to the store and didn't found the lounge suit for the same value and I decided to choose the other one plus a washing machine to add up the value of my lounge suit but the store manager told they never did such she need to ask at head office if I can to items to cover up the value of my lounge suit,like its been two months now without lounge and I have to wait for the responses,meaning the service im getting from the store manager sucks she behave as if she owns the store and ill I want now since they are not helping me I need my money back cause I bought that lounge suit cash.
