Unfair treatment

Worst company ever.. Beares just debited my last cents on the 12th of December today...when i call them for a refund they told me that all companies are getting paid early in December..Like really what a lame excuse..nxa.. what about us who are getting paid on the last day of the month..pls help us to get our money back..
