Unexplainable extra costs

Beares furnitures is exploiting customers, I was about to open a credit account with them for 3 items amounting to R29000 but later when I spoke to their head office it was more than 34000, their delivery was R1500 which didn't make sense to me since I did explain that I'm literally 5min away from their store and I can collect the items myself but they refused which raised suspicions, I then started to question every cost added to my account since then they never called. So people be extra cautious when dealing with that store
