Unable to pay

Good evening I have a problem I was working at a school as an educator with an ad-hoc post from 2019 but then our department of education Limpopo terminated my post so I am unable to pay.They then said(Bears) must submit a letter that shows that I am no more working which I did they then said the letter is useless the head office will not acknowledge it My problem is I keep on borrowing money from my sister who is earning grant.This is really inconveniencing me and my sister because she cannot meet her own needs.kindly help me on this .I trust and believe in hello Peter as it solves our problem
