They gave me a display tv telling me is a new TV.

Their service is poor.i went to Beares Silverton Pretoriain January Bought a Hisense 65 inch tv,They gave me a display tv ,with a input damage and upon using it i found that the TV has red dot on the screen .when I lodge a complain to them and their insurance company which is monarch they are failing to help me they are telling to wait there's a person who has to authorize for me so that I can get a new TV tjoo is too much and it is been long since from May even today im still stuck with their display TV. I need help.they are failing as I am paying every month and alone paying insurance.
