The worst service ever and most disrespectful manager I've ever met!!

Horrible service in Rustenburg Beares Furniture store. I opened an account at Beares furniture in June ,I had to go back to the store 3 times because they had pre-approved me for an account and when we arrived they took almost 2 hours to help me, when they finally helped there was a problem because I didn't have the correct paperwork and they didn't inform me of what to bring along, the second time I went I sat in the store from 8-11:30 when they finally helped me and mind you I was the only customer in the store, no body wanted to help me, so finally the one lady decided to help me and she had my id and all the correct paperwork but still managed to spell my name incorrectly on the contract and I had to be at work by 12:00h so the head office lady asked me to spell my name when we where busy finalizing the contract witch they didn't even go through with me and I spelled my name for her and she said I should start all over because the name is not correct on the contract witch could lead to ***** etc. So the third day I went back and again the same story sat there for hours and finally got help and the lady told me to just say yes to everything the people from head office asked me so I just wanted to get everything done at this point so that's what I did because I was tired of waiting and waiting, so now I called them in August and asked them if we can please move my debit order date to the 5th of every month and the person that helped me said that he would get the information and come back to me , he never called me back so I assumed they could move the date, so end of September I saw they didn't move the date then I decided to call again, I asked to speak to Christina the lady who helped me purchase the furniture and she was very nice and said let me put you through to the manager so she did and I spoke with the manager barely 2 secons and she started yelling at me and telling me how can I do this not to pay the account for 2 months now and she called me a ***** and said I'm not allowed to do this and them I calmly rep**** I did call you and asked if you could move my debit order date and you said you'll phone me back and never did, she rep**** and said we cannot change the date because I said I would pay on the 28th of every month so it will stay that way , then I said but my pay date moved to the 1st of every month, I then asked her if I can make a payment into the Beares account she said no it's not allowed and it will only show after 2 days and it will take too long and the said you knew we can come collect the money from your house like discussed in the contract and they never did discuss it with me, I told her no I didn't know that because you never told me she rep**** by saying that Monday they will come to my house to collect the money and will be the last day I have to pay my account and I said it's fine, Monday comes along I was home all day and no one showed up, today they phoned me and asked me why didn't I pay , I told her I was here on Monday and nobody came to collect the money then the manager proceeded to yell in the background along with the lady I'm speaking to that they where at my house twice on Monday and I refused to give them the money mind you I was home all day and no one showed up, I told her nobody was here then she said well I have to make a plan to get the money to them by today so I said okay I will pay it into the Beares absa account, they started yelling again no no no we are not absa but I know they are then she asked me what bank I use I said Capitec then she asked me of I can transfer the money into her own personal account then she will pay my account, then I said no I will rather ask someone to take the money to the store then she said yes it's fine but will be faster if you transfer to my account and I said no it's fine I will pay cash then she just said okay and put the phone down in my ear , the only person at Beares furniture Rustenburg that want to help customers and gives good services is Christina she is a lovely lady , but the rest just wants to sit on their behind and eat and not do anything all day.
