The worst service ever

I have bought a dvd home theater system and paid it finished. It just stop reading the disc. I also dicovered that beares Boksburg no longer operates. I went to beares elsburg in December before Christmas. I still dont have my dvd. and it has been more than a month now. I can get hold of anyone headoffice it is like beares does not care.
