thankful to Bears Head office

I would like to thank Bears head office in the manner they addressed my complaint. After i wrote to Hellopeter the next day they called collected my lounge suite . They then decided to replace my lounge suite. I am waiting for the new one to be delivered. Thank you once again for the swift response. God Bless
