Terrible service once again!!!

Here I am again due terrible service. I was contacted after the first review and was told an arrangement can be made for an amount I clearly cannot afford. They insisted and said there is nothing less they could offer. I then advised I will TRY to make a payment of that amount but cannot promise anything as I now lost my job because I haven't made probation. My baby is 4 months old and this is giving me anxiety and causing me to get sick. I was told payment needs to be made by end January 2024. Bear in mind I said I will try. They then called before Christmas harassing me for payment literally telling me "imagine you take on credit and you miss one month" I was shocked to hear this lady say such **** !!

I do not want any calls from you people as I was promised an email with an arrangement instead was told someone will call me from their private number. How unprofessional!!! . I have 2 kids, rent, school, electricity, water and other debt that has assisted me with lowering my installment to pay.

DONT CALL ME, I WANT AN ARRANGEMENT WITH AN AMOUNT I CAN AFFORD !
