Terrible service from Bears Kempton park
Terrible service. Bought a washing machine exactly a year ago it is now faulty I have been trying to get it sorted since the 9th March. Called multiple times as well as emailed no on is assisting me. Wouldn't recommend dealing with them

08 Apr 2026, 08:42This is honestly pathetic service After bears collected my washing machine nearly 2 weeks ago , the manager of the store Clara who has no manger skills keeps avoiding me and tells me she doesnt have answers. They then delivered the same faulty machine to me yesterday claiming its fixed. This machine is not only still withing its warranty but I am paying insurance for it as well. IF their headoffice cant assist me I will lodge a complaint with the consumer act.
