Terrible service

<p>I have been paying my account for the past year at Beares jabulani mall,when it closed I started paying via eft but they have been pestering me saying they not receiving payment,I took the proofs of payment to beares carlton centre and I was promised that the issue will be fixes, his was 2 months ago,in the meantime they are sending me sms's non stop and when I call I get no assistance I'm told to hold for hours and I can just hear people talking and laughing in the background their service is pathetic,I have called all branches,Lewis stores is pure **** and I would never purchase anything from them ever again</p> <p> </p>
