Terrible quality and no customer service

Be very careful of Beares, I purchased a R6000 TV stand and a R26000 lounge suit not even a year ago. The TV stand, made of cardboard fell apart within a month and the lounge suit is unraveling at the seems, recliners won't work and the seats sinking. This was reported to Boksburg branch and in more than a month I cant get answers. The manger keeps making excuses and stories, I have to keep calling for updates as he never calls as promises. One moment it will be replaced, next is they will repair ( what should my family sit on during this time if just getting an answer takes a month). Head office was also notified and nothing. The quality is substandard, the customer service non existent. Beares doesn't care, they greedy for your money but cant deliver good quality products. I'll be reporting them to the NCR and ombudsman.
