Terrible

Beares credit departments are the worse under the sun. To express how angry and upset I am will be way to hard. The staff are friendly and helped me every step but here is where things changed. I app**** for story credit and was told I’m approved for R66k, which I was told I must come in and sign the documents. I asked several times will anything change I was told no but the deal/application only lasts certain amount of days. So I went into the store chose my stuff that I had wanted they put everything through and was told my monthly pay back amount which I agreed upon. I then told them I’ll come back the next day with my wife so I she can see the stuff that’s been chosen which was fine and was told once the stuff is selected they will come out and deliver for me. I left the store rather happy as I knew by the morning I’ll be going to get my stuff. Just after 6pm I get a call from the manageress who advised me that there might be a problem and I might not be able to take the stuff, what happens if I signed the documents same time I was in the store and chose what I wanted and asked them to deliver the same day. Was I then going to get told I must bring the stuff back. How does one get approved and then hours later get told there’s a problem with the application. How can you guys make someone so happy and then in a matter of hours make them this angry and upset, I’ve never experienced something like this before. Imagine the embarrassment of going in choosing my stuff to then get told this, I was willing to buy everything to that value I was allocated but then again looks like beares isn’t really cared about the sale as they will make their money back tenfold later on. I really dunno what system you guys work with but either the client gets approved same time or declined same time, I’ll definitely be taking this matter further because surely something is not right. I went on to hello Peter and I see I’m not the first person this happen to, the amount of bad comments you guys got is terrible, I still looked pass your ratings one 1.6 on Google and said I’ll give you guys the benefit of the doubt as the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was called this morning to tell me when they got back to work they checked the system and the credit was no longer there, If I signed the documents yesterday when I was in store what would have happen. Beares let me down
