Struggling to get my refund as I bought a lounge suite cash

I bought a lounge suit last week at Bears furniture shop cash and it was R18000 cash and it was a struggle to receive this lounge all to finds out there is this single couch that was damaged from their warehouse...and I had to call them since I was panicking cz we were supposed to have some Christmas lunch at home that's y I bought that lounge suite....now we are struggling to find a our money as I was the one who was paying that R18000 with my card I want my money today so that I can go to other shop and buy the lounge suite it's the 9th day today since we were waiting l I don't want any story or their lounge anymore
