Well I bought three items and I've changed work and just wanted to change my debit date five days later. What a *****-up they can't do a debit check or help you over the phone like any other shop. They phoned me a day after it should have gone off I've forgotten to let them know that is on me that's my fault no one else.. I've told the lady who I am on the phone call that time and said I just wanted to make my debit date 5 days later. She said is that my new date and so on I've said yes.. and ask her so can I move my debit date. She said yes and so on and she hang up. Did not phone me again.. in my and on the 2nd off the month I've release there was no debit order that went off . Then they phoned again on the 3rd I've told her the debit order did not went off like we arranged on the 26th viva phone call.. then she said no I must came in to the store again.. but on the 26th viva phone call she said NOTHING ABOUT THAT . And I've got phone recording of that phone call.. luck. But I went on the 4th on a business trip to Germany and could not went in to the store.. my brother that is my twin. Was at home with my phone. They just rocket up on the 5th at my house with no appointment like they told him they have there are no appointment of any sort.. and without my notice they said they taking taking the item back until paid.. . I've cam back on the 9th early morning.. got home and realized that item is gon my brother then told me they just took it I said okay just give me the letter of that they must take the item back until paid to date and he said what letter. They just took my stuff out my house with out any documentation or my knowledge. So they just sale you item and they came and stole my stuff out my house. .. and now I've opened a case and so on.. and now they don't even try correcting there mistake.. so Bear's kwagga senter stay away contact me I've got all of this on prove...
