Still sitting with demo machine after 12 months!!!

I purchased a LG 16kg washing machine in Sept/Oct 2014. When I filled in the forms and the contract, the manager at the time confirmed that there was 2 LG 16kg washing machines available at the warehouse.<br> A day later when they were supposed to deliver, I got a call to say there is no stock.<br> 2 days later the salesman called me with \good"news that they do not have the stock yet but they will deliver the demo washing machine and that they will deliver the brand new machine when they get the stock. That was October last year and up to today I am still sitting with the demo machine that leaks water and was a used product. when i go instore or call them they have the same excuse that they are waiting on LG. This is now pathetic"
