Steeling your Money

Good day Bears are ripping people of in Hartswater I have been Paying for my Laptop and printer wich is stil with them from the 26August 2020 and evertime I get to the shop the Manger only tells me that it is in Good hand the Laptop has A ******* windows on it but HOW DO ONE PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT IN YOUR USE and besides that I need to do there work for them I have to phone them for an update or go to the store ever time just to get the same story over again and how can this take them more than A MONTH to repair or come up with A solution something needs to be done as this is like steeling money because you pay for something that is not in your use
