Sick service and continous lies from your stores

My first sitting room set was bought at bears in Middleburg Mpumalanga and it was a totally waste.I am mad cause now this is my 4Th set and its within 2 years .the store Manager says now African bank is not on the map anymore the bears store had been taken over by another company .I have a Guarantee on this set and now this woman says tough bull Ive lost the Guarantee now. This ******* cost me 17THOUSAND RAND and it is a useless set .Now this Manager said that the Company that took over the bears store had burnt all the papers and all the Guarantees and so on so there is no trace of all papers, So what now,So African bank went bankrupt and now because they are not part of the group anymore Ive lost everything.Bears refuse to help cause all the people they had sold furniture to don't exist anymore.the company that took over bears take bears over with all dept and guarantee's as well .this is just a few words you haven't heard anything yet the lies the bull so I ask can any one tell me what to do .Cause this set is packing up and now its paid off and now no one gives a dam anymore .so I would like the head of the new company to phone me and explain Service I have to endure..
