Shocking service and breach of contract by Beares

I purchased a bed and frig from Beares on hp on 22 May 2015. They were unable to supply me with the requested frig as they had no stock and thus supp**** another, which I had to resign for. The frig makes a terrible noise and has done since it was delivered. I complained immediately and numerous times since. They have sent out technicians twice and Vincent, the manager came too. They tell me all frigs make such a terrible noise and there is nothing wrong with it. Vincent says he has left messages for me and returned my calls. He has not. He undertook to take the frig back and I was to go and sign the paperwork. When I went in he refused to do same. I have been offered a replacement but refuse to accept it as if they all make such a noise then they must all clearly be faulty. I have requested the frig be removed and the contract cancelled as they are in breach of the CPA. I contracted for a fully functional frig and despite numerous complaints and visits to the customer line and branch this matter has not been resolved.
