I am do dissatisfied with the service. I recieved an sms stating that I have been approved for credit, and I am an existing customer. Ok go into store and then get told im not approved. Why say 1 thing then another

03 Dec 2025, 10:11I am Grateful my issue was resolved but you guys need to just be more considerate when arranging delivery, some of us are working and cannot afford to sit the entire day waiting for delivery, and then when we enquire about the delivery time we have to deal with rude individuals in the store, unacceptable and this is not the 1st instance where this specific person was rude to me.
