SECOND HAND L SHAPE COUCHES SOLD TO ME BY BEARES BLOEMFONTEIN

I bought an L shape couches at Beares Bloemfontein Xharlotte Maxeke on Sept 2025 , When the Couches were delivered at my place they were wrapped with plastic. immediately when opening it i realized inside the Armrest (on the two seater Couch) there was an Empty 500ml Coke Bottle which now makes sense that the couch was not a brand new one but a second hand one. A Complained was lodged and The Couch was taken for repair and brought back on 2025/04/17 and on 2025/04/29 it was hardly a week then the very same couch collapse again. note that its only the two seater Couch that is giving me problems. the very same two seater couch when it was delivered it had a Coke bottle in it) and a complained was lodged and ref 933008 was given to me and Beares turnaround time was that my complained will be attended within 48 years. And 48 hrs expired on 2025/05/04 not a single Beares Employee gave me an update about my query
