Rudeness and disrespect

There is a employee by the name of Nana Kgau she's so rude and disrespectful and doesn't provide a good professional service at all I am on maternity leave yet she keeps on threatening me to take my furniture if I don't pay she's so rude over the phone even sending drivers worse she doesn't even care how I get the money all I asked was for a few days and she couldn't I had to go borrow money to pay my installment and when my UIF money came I had to go pay that person with interest just because she couldn't wait 2 days acting like the shop or furniture belongs to her she has no way of speaking to people I am a paying customer she should provide a better service because of her I don't want to do business with bears anymore. Even when I went to go in and make payment she was rude it's not her name that's gonna get bad credit it's mine and yet she acts like she's doing me a favor well she's not because as soon as I return to work my salary will be back to normal then everything will be in order but she has no right to pressurize me like she did.
