Restonic Bed nightmare

Bought a R5499.00 Restonic bed last year 26.05.2020 but it's sinking deeper than the titanic. Am very disappointed. I saved my hard earned money for this bed but it makes so much noise and it's uncomfortable. Now when I bring this to Bearers Heidelberg attention they tell me about an expired warranty. Does Restonic purposely make low quality bed only to last a year? Who keeps a till slip to deliberately return such a large item? Can someone account for this matter!
