Replace Defective item

<p>This is a formal complaint against the Bears group on their furniture that’s either second hand or malfunctioned.</p> <p>I contacted the contact center who transferred me to the Tsolo branch to request them to come to our property and look at the malfunctional fridge we purchased threw them last year.</p> <p>The Tsolo branch sent a few people out that weekend to assess the complaint and come to a resolution. This was Two weeks ago!</p> <p>Fridge defects:</p> <p>The fridge section dose not work but the freezer seems to be working. The fridge makes a loud car noise to the extent that we cant even sleep properly. We are loosing a lot of groceries due to this and have had this problem since December 2016.</p> <p>We as a family have spent up to R100 000 buying furniture threw your store in the past year alone, we don’t want it fixed we need a replacement.</p> <p>Contact: Nosizwe Xaba @ ********** 237 or ********** 539</p>
