Regarding 55"Tv i am not going to take it back

Today i got call from bears they said i must come collect my tv they have nothing to do with tv because i wa trying to open the tv for what i am very 😔 sad i most continue paying ther a s**** tv, I am not happy with Beares and i am not going to take the tv they most keep it i donti am very very sad
