refuses to gave me my airtime and data

I'VE bought a contract phone and a stove in 2013 at bears furniture store which is owned by African Bank. As per contract agreement with bears furniture store,I'll receive R50 airtime and 50 mb data on the 1th of every month,but since December 2013 up to now I'VE no airtime or data from them. After numerous enquiries and phone calls I can't get hold of anyone from Bears furniture store or get assistance from African Bank,so my complaint is about Bears Furniture Store and African Bank for not reloading any airtime or data on my contract simcard since December 2013. And my contract ending on November 2015,so I want them to refunds me from January 2015 till November z2015.
