Refuse refund but fast to debit accounts

Friday paid my account via eft and mailed it to them.guess what sunday evening they also debit my account for the same ammount.I contacted the store manager in boksburg monday morning and also mailed the proof of payment and bank statement again for a refund.almost 36hours later i get a phone call they send it to head office for a refund and it will take 3 days.I want my money in my account by 9:00 on 3 March 2021 or i will put a ***** alert on their bank account.
