Refunds

I have a good relationship with the Soshanguve Crossing branch, I had 2 accounts and closed 1 in December 2024 but got double debited in January, went to the store to try getting my refund, filled all forms and was advised to come to the branch to be refunded in cash at the store as soon as they get people coming in to pay in cash because their refund system into my bank account may take even longer as I have stated that I need the money ASAP, 4 Feb 2025 I get a call from the branch to come collect as funds are available but my frustrations got worse when I got there only to be shown their system refuses to authorize a refund, a directive coming straight from their head office.
