Refund required

Debited my account earlier than expected for goods that I do not have anymore. Went to store today to request refund and store manager said she can’t assist on that matter. I want refund as I signed debit order for the 25th and I haven’t got paid yet. Mind you claim for theft was lodged last month due to their store system issues they were unable to sent documents.
