Refund is taking long to be paid out. Poor customer service

Still waiting for my refund since 25th April 2023. They promised to call as soon as they have money in the shop but they don't. I have to be the one to call them and they always have no money in their shop. They referred me to my bank to reverse the debit but it is blocked. I have settled the account but it's difficult for them to refund what they owe me.
