REFUND

I was called by Beares standerton staff member (Slindile) saying that i need to make an arrangement in order to cover the arrears that my account was in. Indeed the head office called me in November 2023 in order to make that arrangement, so my original instalment was R2811 i then agreed to increase it to R3000 in order to cover them. We finished with the new debit order authorization which was set to start deducting in December.

To my surprise i received a call from the branch on the 18 of December 2023 asking why i have not made payment and i told them that i was not deducted, they therefore suggested that i do the payment of which i did via EFT for the R3000, and i was guaranteed that they would not deduct.

Again to my amu*****t a debit order of R3000 went off from my account on the 23 of December 2023. I then went to ask for a refund from the branch on the 27 of December 2023,i have not received it up until today but instead they keep giving me different stories, i am fed up with this store cause this is the second time now.
