Poor work performance

Bears Cosmo City, poor work performance in the management. I bought a 65 inch TV last year October, and it gave me issues whereby i returned to the shop for fixing. It took a month for them to attend the matter,i spoke to the manager A who failed to assist and yet paying the monthly instalments. In December the TV was brought back and only functioned for a month and broke down again. I again sent it back where it came back from fixing as R&R returned and cant be repaired. I was promised to be contacted but its been 2 months now without hearing from them.
