Poor *********** services

Good Day. On the 22nd if December 2023 I requested a refund from the Beares Branch at Pretoria CBD since the have deducted more money on my account and they also requested certain documents like the bank statements and copy of ID so that they can refund me the money and they also promised that it will take 3 working days for the money to be payed back into my account and I also made several calls to the head office *** and they keep on promising that they will call me back with an update. Please help me to get the refund.
