Poor service!

This store is really not a good store,it literally went for lockdown without replacing my bed. Another thing is I hv finished paying them but it is still debuting money from my account ths happened in march and in April nd my bank cannot reverse the money because I swiped my account at their store. I have reported this matter at their head office ,I hv also submitted every single document that they requested but now it is also a problem to reverse it on the system.
