Poor service

What a bad experience I had with Beares in oudtshoorn. I bought couches and a dinning room suit, I told them the goods was not new it was those that were displayed in the shop. Now the table is broken and the chairs i did reported this to the branch manager with empty promises nothing has been done yet from their side .
