Poor service cant do job

We had an account with Beares Kuruman i paid the last installment today they owe us R2900 i phoned then 3 times asking what is going to happen about that money they owe us they come with a lot off excuses telling me they cant pay it into my account and they dont have cash to give the money back...when i phoned them one off the sales agents was on the phone with me and playing games on her cellphone you can here how she is playing that bubble game poor service and they dont want to hear that they owe you money dont buy anything from them they are ***** and service are very poor
