Poor service bears soshanguve crossing

Poor service indeed like complain about plasma TV en they come en collect it,now am struggling to get my TV back en its about 30 days now they telling they waiting dispatch papers from head office while head office called me to ask if I received my TV, then I said not yet. There is a lady who is in charge for stock or dispatch, she's telling stories en she not calling me for updates, am the 1 who's after them. The only person is trying to sort me out is the sales person. I dnt think I will buy anything again
