Poor Quality goods

I bought a leather lounge suite from Beares, Chatsworth for R15999,00. I was promised that the leather is of a superior quality and durable, but after a while I find that the leather is wrinkling, streatching, etc. The cushions are sagging. I complained after a few weeks of purchase and was told that it needs to be fluffed, which I did, to no avail. The salesman was informed to sort this problem within the period of the guarantee, but failed to do so. Now the company, Beares has closed down, however it was owned by Ellerines which still exists. I am very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this lounge suite. I was lead to believe by the salesman that this was a very good quality lounge suite, but it obviously not.
