Poor Quality Couches and Customer service from Beares

I bought set of Couches at Beares Groblersdal in 2020.In 2022, they started peeling off. I reported the matter to the local store manager who didn't take my mater seriously until I called their Head Office to intervene. They took my Couches a covered them with a "leather like" # material even though I requested them to cover them with Velvet. Hardly a year, in 2023 they started cracking and torn apart. I reported the matter to the current store Manager who never took me seriously and I decided to call their Head Office for intervention. They promised to help me out, but I was so surprised when their Head Office called me to tell me that my Couches are out of the Guarantee. I communicated with them several times by email and requested them to respond to me by email, they have never done so. Even today I don't believe how they treated me. I regret the day I entered their shop to buy these Couches. U won't believe it, they look like they are more than 10 years. Their Customer Service is 00.
