Poor Qaulity Goods

I purchased a GRAFTON EVEREST lounge suit in 2014 from Beares. The biggest mistake of my life. The Goods is of inferior quality and I feel that I need to warn consumers out there. What retailers sell as real leather and charge consumers a Redicoulous price for is the exact same "quality "that you can pick up at a local furniture store for half the price. What they fail to tell consumers is that the product will litreally only last a year OR LESS . My suites leather is tearing and (was sent for repairs before after just a fe w months of having this product ) What's sad is that I will still be paying off these goods for years whilst it no longer serves it's purpose. Not only am I dissapointed with the store - but with the supllier as well. Defnitely my first and last purchase from the store and brand...

Two Weeks later and no contact has been made. I am not even suprised !

Please be advised that as at 1st December 2014, the Lewis Group acquired the Beares brand and at the same time opened selected Beares branches across the country. In acquiring the Beares brand, the Lewis Group did not take over the debtor book which remains the property of Ellerines Holdings / African Bank.
Notwithstanding the above, the Lewis Group agreed to assist customers who held valid Extended Warranty certificates. Whilst the Lewis Group reviews each complaint sympathetically, it must be understood that assistance to customers who purchased prior to 1st December 2014, is limited. The Lewis Group will however attend to all complaints from respective customers who purchased from existing Beares branches after 1st December 2014 in the usual appropriate manner.
Regarding Ms Abrahams complaint, we confirm that we assisted in repairing her lounge suite in August 2015. On delivery of the repaired lounge suite, Ms Abrahams confirmed that she was satisfied, however, she later raised concerns regarding areas that she felt should have been repaired as well. At the time, we requested that the she provides us with photos of the affected areas, and as no response was forthcoming, we close our file on this matter.
