Poor customer service

I bought recliner corner couches at Beares Silverton (Pretoria) and within a year I paid them off. Within three months of buying these couches, I have been having never ending problems with these couches.

I went to the shop to report that the recliner is not working, they said they will send someone to come and check. Every year I report and being told the same old story nothing done to repair my couches.

I went again and bought Bedroom suite and a wardrobe and kitchen set. Last year December I reported that the wardrobe is broken, I am unable to hang clothes as the arms that hold the steel has broken.

I was told that the company that fixes furniture is on leave and they will help in January 2024. We are now at the end of May, I spoke to the manager and they told me that the previous manager had resigned but still the new one could not assist.

I called Head Office and they promised to get back to me. If you miss a payment they are quick to call but they are not attending to customer queries.

I am now sitting with fully paid couches that are not in a good position and now I have a wardrobe that I can't hang clothes.
