Poor customer service .

I don't normally do reviews but i am writing this note with a heavy heart. I lodged a complaint with Beares head office on the 4th October .The consultant that I have been in contact with ,has been nothing but obnoxious and unhelpful . I bought a refrigerator at Beares Mall of Thembisa subsequently my refrigerator is not cooling . I am devastated as my fridge has not been repaired/replaced yet .I hereby request your intervention .
