Poor bad service from beares

Up until this year i had a very nice relationship with beares, but how on earth do you deduct money from a paid up account. When you ask for refund beares head office don't respond. Its 3 weeks later and im still waiting for my refund which are more than R2000. If i didn't picked up on my debit orders i would be unaware of this deductions on a paid up account. Be carefull to purchase any furniture at beares in future.
