Poor and Pathetic service: Bears Worcester

I bought couches from Bears furniture stores in Worcester in January 2018. I found out the couches had minor defaults and informed them immediately. They fetched them after two and return them after a month without even fixing them. I tried everything with to resolve this matter with the store manager and all I get is just promises and I'm paying for goods I don't have
