Please help
I need assistance please. I called the head office and unfortunately they said they cannot assist me.
I took furniture from Beares and it so happened in the same month my salary has been reduced to half.. I did pay something towards the first installment, however the manager from Beares pinetown was very rude and refuses a payment arrangement. I contacted the head office hoping that someone could assist me. The lady said they can not assist me and I need to go into the branch to make a payment arrangement but when I spoke to them over whatsapp they are refusing to make any arrangement. Saying they will come fetch the furniture. Please may someone assist me in regards to payment arrangement.

You understand human beings unlike the manager at beares Pinetown who refused to listen to anything and anyone and came to my old property going door to door.
