Phathu from Tembisa branch you suck!!!!!!!

I recently bought couches and a washing machine at Bears Tembisa branch.i must say that the customer service there is poor.In the 4 years that i have known them i was only attended by a lady named Mokgadi perfect service i must say when she was not available or on leave we get no service.She recently went to another branch and i habe had numerios compalints from the billing to their staff not working they never respond and disconnects their lines,i spoke to the lady again and trust me she attends to me even thou she is no longer at the branch.I spoke to the manager( Phathu)regarding a broken machime he was not even interested to find out what it happening he just said he will call someone to come and attend and will call me back with feed back which he never did.i sent him a whatsapp this morning advising that i am still waiting for the call he blue ticked me .i futher sent a message saying i was going to report the branch.yooo the response was oit of this world he sente a voicenote literally saying he deals with a lot of customer and not with a customer and that what i wrote was senseless and i should go ahead and report him.i wishbi had an option to paste his voicenotes so people could hear.i know he has more valuable clients who pay morethan i do but he should flaunt that iny face.I am never buying from bears and would like to thank Mokgadi for the good work and selfless cusromer service.As for Phathu i suggest u find another field of work because customer service is not for u you.
