PAY ME BACK MY MONEY

Bears Emalahleni down town, the service is pathetic, I closed an account with them in September, they still deduct on my account, i asked for refund since the 20th October they told me head office will do the refund, I must send my ID and copy and bank statement of which I did, I never received my money back, I called to ask whts the delay, Evelyn told me to go from Delmas to Witbank for refund, I went to Witbank on the 2 November for that refund again that Evelyn in Witbank branch told me to call head office I never missed a payment on that account even on the account I have with them but for me to get my money back they treat me like s***t, I asked her why must I call head office now, after she told me to go there and collect my money she blamed her head office, when shes the one who told me I will get my money cash in Witbank instead of waiting for head office, I regret going there they are unprofessional, I just need my refund BEARES😱
