Pathetic service

<p>I still cannot believe that we still experiencing undesirable practices from Beares and their counterparts ellirines and Relyant Insurance limited after we have NCR, CPA and FAIS that regulates the furniture shops and their counterparts. </p> <p>I Bought a home theatre PANASONIC AT BEARS WEST STREET IN DURBAN FOR on credit forR14699 and cash price R9999 , the home theatre got ****** during the House break it was reported within 24 hours as it legally required and the Affidavit was drafted submitted to the shop, the claim was approved for the value of R9999 but the store manager at West Street she rudely abuse her power by withholding the claim because of the erears fought the battle for years as I'm still fighting it today, she said because I was one month in erears in my instalments. I have seen their pathetic behaviour and treating me unfairly, I want my replacement being done within 24 hours worth R9999 as it was approved not less than that because it was none of my business for her to withhold the claim and she didn't have a right to do that, I don't want excuses, justifications don't care who takes the risk but all I need it my deposit of R9999 in my bank account or the replacement worth R9999 I'm not going to settle for less because was paying for that insurance and paying my installment. THE RELYANT INSURANCE SENT ME AN EMAIL ON THE 6TH SAYING THEY TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ME , RETURN THE CALL AND EMAIL SPOKE TO THE LADY BY THE NAME OF MATSHEPO SEALETSA SHE IS A CLAIM ADMINISTRATOR, SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP UNFORTUNATELY THE REPLACEMENT DEPARTMENT **** TO ME WHEN THEY CALLED ME LAST WEEK THURSDAY , WENT TO GAME AT EASTGATE THE MANAGER NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM RELYANT INSURANCE WENT THERE LIKE A FOOL, I WANT MY R9999 claim being paid in the next 24 hours not R 2700 but R9999 .my number: ********** 858 ********** <p> </p>
