Paid up account

I had a beares Inspire account and in January 2023 I paid up the account in full. Every month this year in 2023 i have had to call Beares/Lewis group as the account is showing arrears on the credit bureau and even though i submitted proof of payment they still say its unpaid. Refusing to update the account. Its now almost January 2024 and I am still calling and sending numerous emails to this store. I mean a year later. A whole year later that i am getting no response and no update or communication. They dont bother. But i have lewis group store manager driving to my house to collect money.
