Once again, an unhappy customer

I need someone to contact me, as its not helping for me to call the branch as i get told somethings that don't make sense at all.

So my account is coming to an end this month Feb, i have a balance of a balance of 700rand i was told, but when the debit order on the 25th of Feb goes off it will be the monthly fee i was paying which is R1500r and something.

In order for me to get the balance back, I will have to send through banking details for the refund to be processed back to my account. Now how i don't understand this whole thing, as they know what's the balance why they need to take the normal amount instead of the balance left.

I need this to be resolved, I dont want to go to battle with Bears again because the reason ive been given is very stupid and makes no sense to me at all,
